As a Conservative, which means I usually vote for other candidates who resist Democrats, we had essentially no contests on the primary Republican ballot in 2020. That allowed our family to vote in the Democratic primary, where we all voted for Tulsi running for President. This was an attempt to sway Democrats to come in out of the rain and return to sanity. I am horrified and grief-stricken that this happened to him and that the official narrative was so obviously fake from the very beginning. I am a member of multiple minority groups and had been a democrat most of my life. I was raised in fundamentalist Christian families but have evolved into more of a Tibetan Buddhist. I am now 66 years old and have had my eyes opened. I was around for the assassinations of JFK, RFK and MLK along with John Lennon's response. I didn't believe the official narrative about 911. I saw how the Occupy wall street movement was shut down systematically across the U.S. and the world by the government. I really had my eyes opened when Obama bailed out the banks and then again when Hillary cheated Bernie out of the presidency. That is when I left the Democratic Party and became independent.
Now Charlie Kirk's assassination is showing me what an amazing young man he was. That he made room for real conversation and was willing to keep his mind open and evolve his ideas like Tucker Carlson has, like Tulsi has, like Candace Owens has.
